I understand that if any misrepresentation has been made by me, any offer of employment may be withdrawn, or my subsequent employment with Charmingfare Farm, Inc. may be terminated. I understand that routine inquiries will be made to some if not all persons and companies provided by me on my application and resume. Those inquiries will seek information regarding my work performance, personal behaviors and teamwork capabilities.

I hereby understand and acknowledge that any employment relationship with The Charmingfare Farm, Inc. is of an “at will” nature, which means that the Employee or Employer (I or Charmingfare Farm, Inc.) may terminate the employment relationship with or without reason or cause.
