We reserve the right to refuse admission into our farm to anyone for any circumstance. This can be as little as being rude, use of foul language, or more aggressive behavior like pushing, vulgar actions, weapons of any kind, and alcohol. This is to help keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone.
In the event of inclement weather (including temperatures) or hazardous road conditions Charmingfare Farm will display a WEATHER ALERT by 8am on the day of your scheduled visit. You will see a orange bar with the WEATHER ALERT every page of our website (www.VisitTheFarm.com) along the bottom of your screen. Click on the link and you will be taken to a blog post for an update.
Charmingfare Farm makes all decisions regarding weather at 7am in the morning and will post a WEATHER ALERT if necessary by 8am. New England weather very is unpredictable and this is why the farm waits till first thing in the morning.
Options
When a WEATHER ALERT is activated on our website you will be able to do one of the following…
Rescheduling or Farm Credit are the only two options. A Refund is NOT an option.
- “Reschedule” providing there is availability and not the last day of an event or activity, you can reschedule your entire booking (the whole party needs to move on the order and we unable credit individual tickets).
Once you RESCHEDULE you will not be able to change your mind. - “Farm Credit” If you cannot reschedule, you may click on the button and request FARM CREDIT. Farm Credit is determined by the actual dollars (minus any promotional offers or discounts) you have spent and places those dollars in MY WALLET (can be found under MY ACCOUNT). Your “Farm Credit” may be used for your next online purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for your Farm Credit request to process.
Instructions

- Login and click on MY ACCOUNT followed by BOOKINGS
- Find your booking and click RESCHEDULE or FARM CREDIT
The Business Office is open Tuesday – Friday from 10 to 4pm if you require further assistance.
Your invoice serves as evidence of your ticket(s). We do not send out individual tickets.
A Gift Card is a better option if you are looking to give someone a gift.
- Membership is valid for an active member who is in good standing.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Members must be 18 years or older and present a valid picture id upon request.
(We ONLY allow a spouse with the same address on file as the member to use benefits.) - Membership is a minimum commitment of 12 months and will automatically continue to bill you monthly unless you cancel.
- A member must be physically present at the event or activity for tickets or bookings to be valid.
- EVENTS, ACTIVITIES, BENEFITS & RATES are subject to change and omissions without notice.
- Extra zoo admission tickets must be purchased ONLINE.
Cancellation
Membership can be canceled 30 days prior to the first year anniversary of start date. If Membership is not canceled, it will continue month to month until it has been canceled by giving Charmingfare Farm a 30 day written notice to the following address; Charmingfare Farm Inc., 774 High Street, Candia, NH 03034.
Cancellation is effective immediately when request is received. We cannot prorate or post date a cancellation to a future date.
- eGift Cards do not expire until the total value has been used.
- eGift Cards must be used online only.
- Promotional Codes (Discounts) & Vouchers…
- Have EXPIRATION DATES.
- Start and end dates are set in advance and CANNOT be altered.
- CANNOT be applied to previous orders.
- CANNOT be combined with any other offers.
- May be limited to a one time use.
- Discounts can not be applied to already discounted events and activities (ie: group pricing).
- Are subject to availability and must be used online.
- Not all available times are eligible for discounts, especially PRIME TIMES.
- MAKE SURE the eGift Cards, Promotional Codes (Discounts) & Vouchers are reflected in the shopping basket before your payment is submitted as all transactions are non-refundable.

- Check to make sure the code is entered correctly (e.g. spelling, capitalization, spacing, etc.).

Deal Vouchers purchased either on Charmingfare Farm’s Deal site or one of the farm’s Deal Partners have restrictions that must be followed. Please take the time and read the details and fine print to be sure the deal offer is going to work for you. Deal vouchers have be converted into an actual booking prior to the expiration date (this expiration date can be days before the event even begins) on the voucher by going to RedeemDeal.com.
If you are planning on attending with another party we suggest one person purchase all the necessary vouchers and convert them into a single booking to ensure the entire party can go at the same time.
Expired vouchers may be converted into farm credit by visiting RedeemDeal.com.
- Farm Credit is determined by the actual dollars (minus any promotional offers or discounts) you have spent.
- Farm credit must be used online at VisitTheFarm.com.
- Prices for Events & Activities may change from year to year. We cannot guarantee same prices from one year to another due to the fact all bookings are handled via our website.
- Farm credit is valid for 18 months.
- Farm credit has no cash value and can never be refunded.

Charmingfare Farm does not offer cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges. Your credit card information is not stored on our server, rather it is tokenized and stored on Authorize.Net’s secure servers.
In case of bad weather please refer to the Weather Policy.
Rescheduling or Farm Credit are the only two options. A Refund is NOT an option.
Please understand we do our very best to provide you the services you have requested. We work with people, animals and the environment. On occasion circumstances (especially relating to weather) may arise and are simply out of our control.
Even though Charmingfare Farm makes every reasonable effort to plan for your visit, circumstances beyond the farm’s control such as weather, today’s workforce and a pandemic make it impossible to guarantee everything will be exactly as promoted. Offerings (activities or menus) in the description are subjected to substitution or be cancelled at the sole decision of Charmingfare Farm, Inc without any advance notice given.
Charmingfare Farm is committed to safety. We require without exception all visiting guests to respect and follow rules that are posted or given verbally by a staff member. For example: All guests must remain seated at all times in the horse drawn vehicles. A parent must walk with two hands on their child while riding the pony. Everyone must remain seated while the tractor train is in motion. Please listen carefully and follow our staff’s instructions.
Charmingfare is a WORKING FARM, during the week horse rides may not be available depending on our farming and staffing requirements. We always focus on making sure on the weekends all rides are available as long as weather permits.
In addition, WEATHER also plays a major role in operation our rides. Hot temperatures, rain and the threat of thunderstorms in the forecast for the day affect the rides, especially the horse rides.

Service Animals Only
Please note that only service animals recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on the Charmingfare Farm. This means the animal must be specifically trained to perform tasks related to a person’s disability. Pets, emotional support animals (ESAs), comfort animals, and therapy dogs do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not allowed on the farm.
Pets
We do not allow pets on Charmingfare Farm property, and we do not have facilities to shelter pets. Please make arrangements to leave your pets at home.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at Charmingfare Farm. These animals are specially trained to assist individuals with disabilities. While most service animals are dogs, some may be miniature horses. They perform a variety of tasks, including:
- Pulling a wheelchair
- Retrieving dropped items
- Alerting their owner to important sounds
- Reminding their owner to take medication
- Pressing elevator buttons
No Certification Needed
Service animals do not require certification or professional training programs to be recognized. They do not need to wear a vest or ID to indicate their status. As long as they are properly trained to assist their owner, they are welcome at the farm.
Emotional Support Animals
Emotional support animals (ESAs), comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not recognized as service animals under the ADA and are not allowed on the farm. Service animals are specifically trained to perform tasks directly related to their owner’s disability.
General
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Charmingfare Farm for Charmingfare Farm. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Charmingfare Farm. Charmingfare Farm reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Charmingfare Farm also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Charmingfare Farm again, just sign up as you did the first time and Charmingfare Farm will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at info@visitthefarm.com. We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time.
