Sleigh Ride Social

You’ll travel along our trails still brightly lit from the holiday season if you come on a Saturday evenings. If you choose to ride along during the day you will be able to see agricultural & wildlife animals as the sleigh travels along.

Sleigh Ride Tip
Dress appropriate for outdoor weather. Hats, scarves, mittens, boots and a warm coat are important. Consider bringing along a blanket. We find sleeping bags work great.
Wheels or Runners?
The condition of our trails determines whether or not we use wheels or runners. In order to operate the larger sleigh we need a 6 inch base of packed snow.
The 16-passenger hay wagons and sleighs are very similar to each other in style. The runners are antique logging sleds used about 30 years ago to haul logs. We have placed a modified hay wagon style body on these runners. We do use hay in our larger sleighs because its help to keep our guest warm while traveling.
