Harvest of Haunts
4 Haunting Experiences – One Low Ticket Price!
Our focus is on FAMILIES with CHILDREN (8 years and older) looking for spooky Halloween adventure.
Travel down twisting roads into sinister darkened woods. Ahead is a cemetery with weathered gravestones. Something crawls in the darkness. After that you’ll find the deserted hunters lodge. Ghastly looking skulls & antlers adorn its walls. Strange primeval creatures roam the woods!
Barn of the Dead
A ghostly figure approaches and beckons all into the barn. Threatening farm tools hang from the beams. A frightening tale unfolds. Just then you hear a panic-stricken scream and your brain cries get out; go before it’s too late. The lucky ones make it out alive.
Tractor Bog Ride
Rolling hills surround the survivors. A tractor driver yells, “get on board, this is your only way out!.” The tractor heads off for the dank swamp. Vines, weeds and decay surround the passengers. People scream and terror fills the night.
Infested Corn Maze
Scarecrows hanging on large poles stare blankly as you enter. This is the last chance to make it to safety. Which path do you take? Choose wisely as your life depends on it! Fail and you will learn the horror of the Harvesting!
Please note: Per our policy under “Activities and Events” we have had to modify the ride. With all the rain in the past few months our corn maze is way to muddy. We are sorry to say we are not able to allow folks to enter the corn maze this year due to conditions beyond our control.

“My family loves the farm!”
We always have a great time at Charmingfare farm! The children never leave disappointed and with some many memories and stories to share. We visit the farm for all the fun holiday events and the staff is wonderful and the activities are well organized.
“It was awesome! Scary without blood and gore.”
My husband and I went on a haunted hayride here. It was a lovely starlit evening and there were several barnyard animals that greeted us including a baby alpaca. The staff was great from parking to directing you where to go, lovely people. We even got an email from them afterwards wanting to know if we enjoyed ourselves. I don’t think any other attraction I’ve ever visited has done that before.
If I tell you details of the haunting part, I spoil it. I will say this is the only place I know using real horses instead of noisy tractors. There is another feature here that does, but the hayride is the real deal! Great fun!
“Teens loved it.”
My teenage daughter and her friends told me the hayride to the bonfire was a fun and relaxing time. She loved seeing all the animals that were pointed out to her and thought the bonfire with the roasted marshmallows was really fun. And even though most of the leaves were off the trees she still thought it was a beautiful time to be at the farm. The length of the hayride with the bonfire was perfect. Would absolutely do it again. It’s not easy these days finding activities for the teenagers but they really enjoyed this.
We took my 11yr old daughter and 2 friends for her birthday. The friends told the woman who loaded us on the wagon. By the time we were at the haunted house, the creepy old man played happy birthday on his saw! The ghosts in the corn maze were yelling her name to come here! She had the best party ever! Also, my 9yr old son was there and when he got overly scared, the creepy guys could tell and walked by us and scared others some more. Very responsive people. The best haunted place ever. It was over an hour from start to end with the ride through the woods, the house, another ride, and then the corn maze. Its worth the money.
