Charmingfare Farm is currently seeking a reliable, outgoing, and computer-savvy individual to join our team as an Admissions & Gift Shop Attendant. This front-line position plays a key role in welcoming guests and ensuring their experience starts off on the right hoof!
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Process admission tickets using our computerized point-of-sale system
- Operate the gift shop register and assist customers with purchases
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized shop
- Answer questions and provide general information about the farm and events
- Handle basic clerical tasks as needed (data entry, phone calls, etc.)
Requirements:
- Must be extremely reliable and punctual — this role is critical to daily operations
- Friendly and personable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems (training provided)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available Thursdays through Sundays, with weekends a priority
Additional Details:
- This is a year round position with potential for extended hours during events and peak times
- Outdoor farm environment — ability to stand for extended periods required
- Hourly wage based on experience
