Due to extreme cold conditions, we are adjusting today’s sleigh ride schedule.
Daytime Sleigh Rides will operate as planned through 3:30 PM.
If you are booked for a daytime ride and choose not to attend, you must take action at least 1 hour before your scheduled time by logging into your account to reschedule or request farm credit.
This helps us avoid keeping staff outside in unsafe cold when guests are not arriving.
Sleigh Ride Social tonight is canceled.
With “feels like” temperatures dropping to 9°F and below this evening, conditions are not safe or comfortable for guests, animals, or staff.
👉 Anyone with a booking at 3:30 PM or later is required to reschedule or request farm credit by logging into their account.

Per our weather policy, you have two options:
- Reschedule – We have dates available for 2026.
- Convert to Farm Credit – Consider using this credit to book one of our other events, such as the Encore of the Lights after Christmas or the Sleigh Ride Social on Saturday evenings in January and February.

account and login to your account - Once logged in, click on MY ACCOUNT followed by BOOKINGS
- Find your booking and click on RESCHEDULE or FARM CREDIT button
