Due to the forecasted severe cold and high winds, today’s rides will operate only through our 3:45 PM departure.

All rides scheduled after 3:45 PM will not operate today as conditions are expected to become unsafe for both guests and staff.

If you are booked for a daytime ride and choose not to attend, you must take action at least 1 hour before your scheduled time by logging into your account to reschedule or request farm credit.

This helps us avoid keeping staff outside in unsafe cold when guests are not arriving.

Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize safety for our guests, animals, and team.

Per our weather policy, you have two options:

  1. Reschedule – We have dates available for 2026.
  2. Convert to Farm Credit – Consider using this credit to book one of our other events, such as the Encore of the Lights after Christmas or the Sleigh Ride Social on Saturday evenings in January and February.
We kindly ask all guests to take action and follow the instructions below to confirm they have seen this message:
  • Go to www.visitthefarm.com/my-account and login to your account
  • Once logged in, click on MY ACCOUNT followed by BOOKINGS
  • Find your booking and click on RESCHEDULE or FARM CREDIT button
