This holiday season, Charmingfare Farm is teaming up with Candia Farmers Market to bring you an unforgettable Gift Barn Open House! We’re kicking off the season with an evening full of festive fun, unique shopping, and plenty of holiday cheer. Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift, a fun family outing, or just want to enjoy the magic of the season, there’s something for everyone at the farm.

Highlights

  • Explore the Gift Barn & Local Vendors
    Our beautiful Gift Barn will be brimming with holiday treasures, perfect for finding that special gift. Thanks to our partnership with Candia Farmers Market, we’re bringing in local artisans, crafters, and food vendors to make your shopping experience even more exciting. From unique handcrafted items to delicious seasonal treats, you’ll find everything you need to celebrate the season.
  • Meet the Farm Animals
    Bring the whole family to meet and interact with our friendly farm animals! From goats and sheep to chickens and ducks, our animals love visitors, and you’ll have the chance to feed and pet them during your visit. It’s a perfect opportunity for kids (and adults!) to connect with the animals and enjoy the sights and sounds of the farm.
  • Visit Santa & His Live Reindeer
    Hop aboard our John Deere Tractor Train Ride and head to our lighted North Pole village, where Santa will be waiting with his live reindeer! Share your holiday wishes, snap a few photos, and enjoy the enchantment of our winter wonderland. It’s an experience your family will treasure for years to come!
  • Live Entertainment
    Enjoy live music and captivating stories by Papa Joe, whose mesmerizing tales will enchant all ages.
  • Cozy Up by the Campfire
    Get into the holiday spirit by warming up next to a cozy campfire. Enjoy a hot drink – whether it’s rich hot cocoa, mulled cider, or something festive and relax with family and friends as the crisp winter air fills the farm. It’s the perfect way to unwind during your visit!
  • Delicious Food & Drinks
    No holiday outing is complete without delicious food! We’ll have a selection of hot food and refreshments available, from hearty soups to sweet treats, ensuring you stay fueled and satisfied throughout your visit.

On your way to the next stop be sure to stop and visit the animal barns where you will find chickens, pigs, sheep and llamas.

Fillin’, Chillin’, and Warmin’

  • JP’s Eats has plenty of food for fillin’ you up
    • Hot Dogs on a stick

    • Soups: Minestrone, Chicken Noodle, Beef Stew
    • Snack mixes, Jumbo Rice Crispy Treats
    • Hot Chocolate, Hot Spiced Cider, Coffee, Tea
  • 603 Perfect Blend & Crystal’s Homemade offer lots of options to keep you chillin’
    • And don’t forget to visit with the goats and cows in the Dairy Discovery Barn
  • And warmin’ can be done down by the two campfires while you wait to board the John Deere Tractor Train Ride to the North Pole

North Pole

  • Lights adorn Mr. & Mrs. Claus’ house
  • Another campfire to keep you warm
  • Hot Chocolate and snacks at Mrs. Claus’ snack shed
  • Sled dog racer and author, Tom DiMaggio will be there with his dog sled, sharing stories from his 45 years in competitive dog sled racing and selling autographed copies of his book “A Winter’s Way of Life”
  • Visit with Santa and his reindeer
  • Then hop back on the train for a ride back to the farm

As you walk back to the front of the farm don’t forget to visit with the animals again and pick up any purchases you may have left with the vendors.

  • Tattered Rabbit Farm will be just outside the gift shop
  • Inside the gift shop you will find Charmingfare’s elves have been busy filling the shelves
  • One last stop before you head home – Author, Robin Vergato will be signing copies of her books “Charlie Finds a Home” and “The Adventures of Miss Kitty”
