We have begun to transition over to a breed of cattle called Lowline, developed from a herd of Champion Angus cattle that were carefully selected for high quality and small size.
The size of the Lowline and their good nature makes them easy to handle. The cattle are feed efficient, they maintain themselves on grass. They have an excellent taste, texture and tenderness, producing a high yielding, high quality, high value beef.
