In honor of National Teddy Bear Picnic Day, we will be hosting our own picnic here at the farm. Children and adults alike should plan on visiting Charmingfare Farm on Saturday, July 14th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Bring the whole family and join in on all the festivities. Be sure to bring your teddy bear with you so s/he can participate in all the celebration as well.

We'll have our very own teddy bear doctor here to check up on your furry friend, bear games, and a game of hide and seek teddy. You will, of course, be able to enjoy a picnic lunch with your teddy bear on our grounds. Feel free to pack your own lunch or enjoy our tasty burgers and hot dogs. We will also have a teddy bear parade and throughout the day you can meet with our black bear keeper.

Bring the whole family and enjoy a tractor train rides, horse-drawn trolley ride, and pony ride.

Join Dr. Byron, the Bygundo Bear Catcher, on our horse drawn ride as he performs a dramatic reading of Going on a Bear Hunt. Readings will occur continuously from 11:00am to 3:00pm on the horse-drawn trolley ride.

Bring your appetite because we're serving up hot dogs and hamburgers on charcoal grills 11:30am to 2:00pm.

Visit with all of our animals until 4pm.

There is no additional fee to participate in the Teddy Bear Picnic as long as you have paid the normal admission fee to enter the zoo.

The horse-drawn, tractor train and pony rides are included.
