Climb aboard and travel along old logging trails into the snow-covered forest far away from the modern world of traffic noise, city lights and blaring radios. Along the way you will have the opportunity to see our North American wildlife exhibits, which include black bear, wolves and mountain lions. Sometimes spotted during the ride are native coyotes, fox and wild turkeys; some guests have even been fortunate enough to see a moose.
The ride is 1.5 hours long including the 30-minute stopover at a secluded area. The large bonfire allows guests to warm up and enjoy refreshments they have brought along. Roasting hot dogs and making s'mores are very popular. You can always make arrangements to extend your campfire stay.

The condition of our trails determines whether or not we use wheels or runners. In order to operate the larger sleigh we need a 6 inch base of packed snow.
The 20-passenger hay wagons and sleighs are very similar to each other in style. The runners are antique logging sleds used about 30 years ago to haul logs. We have placed a modified hay wagon style body on these runners. We do use hay in our larger sleighs because its help to keep our guest warm while traveling.

An affordable way for smaller parties to be grouped with others on our 20 passenger vehicles. General Boarding Tickets are primarily available during the day on Saturday and Sundays.
