Fieldtrip Information

Reservations
Reservations may be made by calling the farm or online. You will need an idea of the approximate number of participants in your group. Please keep in mind children two years or older, along with teachers, chaperones, and bus drivers entering farm must be included in this count.

In order to receive the group rate you are required to make reservations a minimum of two weeks in advance. All group educational visits required a minimum of 12 paid admissions. A non-refundable 25% payment is required to secure your visit. All payments are non-refundable with no exceptions.

If in the case of inclement weather, you decide to reschedule your visit please call the farm the morning of your reservation. At that point we will be able to reschedule and transfer your payment to the new reservation date.

Final Payment.
Before the final payment is made a head count is taken as the group passes through the gate.

One person must pay for the entire group via credit card, business/school check, or cash in large bills. If the check has been made out ahead of time and the amount is greater than what is due we can only issue a farm credit on the account. The farm is unable to give refunds or cut a check or give back cash for the difference.

Additional members of your group paying separately or individually will be charged the full rate for General Admission.

Parking / Buses
Parking is free of charge. If you are traveling by bus please do not unload children until the buses are instructed by a staff member to the designated bus parking area.
